DigiCert Acquires DNS Made Easy (and Constellix)

DigiCert, a PE-backed digital trust provider, has acquired DNS Made Easy and affiliated brand Constellix to add enterprise-grade managed DNS and traffic optimization services to its DigiCert ONE platform. The deal (terms undisclosed) expands DigiCert's certificate lifecycle management capabilities by integrating DNS management for automated domain control validation and improved web performance.
