Equistone Acquires Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services (rebrands as Acuity Knowledge Partners)

Equistone Partners Europe has agreed to acquire Moody's Analytics Knowledge Services from Moody's Corporation in a management-backed buyout. The business, headquartered in London and operating across nine delivery centres worldwide, will rebrand as Acuity Knowledge Partners and continue to be led by its incumbent management team, who invested alongside Equistone.
