Neiman Marcus Group Acquires Stylyze

Neiman Marcus Group announced its intent to acquire Stylyze, Inc., a Seattle-based, women-founded machine-learning SaaS platform that provides product attribution data and curated content to enhance personalized shopping experiences. The acquisition is intended to accelerate NMG’s digital capabilities as part of a broader investment program and was expected to close in the first quarter of fiscal 2022, subject to customary conditions.

SmartSights Acquires Sage Clarity

SmartSights, a Capstreet-backed provider of operational intelligence software, has acquired Chicago-based Sage Clarity, a maker of manufacturing activity data and analytics applications. The add-on deal (terms not disclosed) will integrate Sage Clarity's real-time machine and operational analytics into the SmartSights platform to expand detection, issue management and root-cause analysis capabilities for manufacturers.

Sitecore Acquires Stylelabs

Sitecore, an EQT-backed digital experience platform, acquired Brussels-based Stylelabs as an add-on to expand its Content Hub capabilities (digital asset management, marketing resource management, and product information management). The acquisition integrates Stylelabs’ marketing content lifecycle tools into Sitecore’s Experience Cloud to strengthen personalization and accelerate product and recurring revenue growth.

Scaleworks Acquires Centage Corporation
