Accenture Acquires Clarity Insights from RLH Equity Partners

Accenture has completed the acquisition of Clarity Insights, a Chicago-based data analytics consulting firm and portfolio company of RLH Equity Partners. Clarity, which has over 300 team members and serves enterprise clients across healthcare, financial services and insurance, will bolster Accenture's AI and data analytics capabilities in North America; terms were not disclosed.

Peak Technologies (Sole Source Capital) Acquires Siena Analytics

The deal is an add-on acquisition that integrates Siena's proprietary logistics software into Peak's AIDC systems integration offerings to expand capabilities in visibility, automation and micro-fulfillment solutions; financial terms were not disclosed.
