Accenture Acquires Clarity Insights from RLH Equity Partners

Accenture has completed the acquisition of Clarity Insights, a Chicago-based data analytics consulting firm and portfolio company of RLH Equity Partners. Clarity, which has over 300 team members and serves enterprise clients across healthcare, financial services and insurance, will bolster Accenture's AI and data analytics capabilities in North America; terms were not disclosed.

EP Wealth Advisors Acquires Clearview Wealth Advisors

SmartSights Acquires Sage Clarity

The add-on deal (terms not disclosed) will integrate Sage Clarity's real-time machine and operational analytics into the SmartSights platform to expand detection, issue management and root-cause analysis capabilities for manufacturers.

SightMD New York Acquires Clearview Eye Surgery
