All4Labels Acquires Flexoprint Labels S/A

All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a Triton Fund V portfolio company, has signed an agreement to make Flexoprint Labels S/A a 100% subsidiary, with the Stange Warmeling and Schlickmann families becoming co-shareholders in the group. The add-on purchase (expected to close in Q2 2022) expands All4Labels' Latin American footprint and product offering across labels, sleeves and digital/RFID solutions.

All4Labels Acquires Olympus Print Group

All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a Triton Fund V portfolio company, has agreed to acquire LabelPress Industria e Comercio da Amazonia Ltda., a converting and label manufacturer based in Manaus, Brazil. The deal (terms undisclosed) will make LabelPress a 100% subsidiary of All4Labels and aims to expand the group's footprint in northern Brazil and the durable labels market; LabelPress CEO Juvino Tavares will continue to run the business.
