Triton Acquires Stake in All4Labels – Global Packaging Group

Funds advised by Triton have acquired a stake in All4Labels – Global Packaging Group, with minority shareholder GENUI Partners selling its shares while the owner families and management remain invested. All4Labels Acquires Flexoprint Labels S/A

All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a Triton Fund V portfolio company, has signed an agreement to make Flexoprint Labels S/A a 100% subsidiary, with the Stange Warmeling and Schlickmann families becoming co-shareholders in the group. The add-on purchase (expected to close in Q2 2022) expands All4Labels' Latin American footprint and product offering across labels, sleeves and digital/RFID solutions.

All4Labels Acquires Romprix Exim

The deal will make Romprix a 100% subsidiary of All4Labels (subject to customary closing conditions) and aims to strengthen All4Labels' Eastern European footprint and production capacity; founder Cristian Dobrotă will remain CEO.
