Laurentide Controls Acquires Liquiteck Industrial Sales Inc.

Laurentide Controls, Eastern Canada’s largest industrial process automation supplier, has acquired Liquiteck Industrial Sales Inc., a distributor and service provider for industrial pumps. Liquiteck will continue operating under its name and keep its Valleyfield and Val d'Or facilities while benefiting from shared administrative services at Laurentide’s Kirkland, Quebec headquarters; financial terms were not disclosed.
