(NYSE: MEG) has acquired Two Dot Consulting, LLC, an environmental consultancy headquartered in Arvada, Colorado that specializes in regulatory services for the oil & gas and renewables sectors across the Rocky Mountain region. Two Dot's senior leadership, including founder and CEO Todd Spivey, will join Montrose's Consulting and Engineering division to expand the company's regional capabilities in permitting, regulatory compliance, and natural resource management.
