LRS, a leading independent waste and recycling services provider, acquired family-owned J&J Rubbish Service Inc., adding approximately 15,000 residential and 1,000 commercial customers and bridging LRS' Minnesota and Wisconsin operations. All J&J employees will continue with LRS as the company integrates the Winona business to increase density and scale in its core northern Midwest markets.
