Accenture has agreed to acquire End-to-End Analytics, a Palo Alto–based analytics and data science consultancy with additional offices in Brazil. The acquisition brings more than 70 analytics professionals and specialized assets in supply chain, forecasting, pricing, marketing and customer analytics into Accenture's Applied Intelligence practice to expand its analytics, AI and data capabilities across the Americas.

Accenture has acquired Morphus, a Brazil-based cyber defense, risk management and threat intelligence services provider, expanding Accenture’s cybersecurity capabilities and footprint in Brazil and across Latin America. Morphus — founded in 2003 and headquartered in Fortaleza with offices in Recife, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Santiago — brings a research lab and more than 230 security professionals; financial terms were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires Zafin's Professional Services Assets

Accenture has agreed to acquire select employees and professional services assets from Zafin and will become a preferred integrator for Zafin's financial services software platform under a strategic alliance. The deal, intended to strengthen Accenture's integration and development capabilities for financial services clients while allowing Zafin to focus on product innovation, is expected to close in Q1 2019; terms were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires ON Service GROUP
