Accenture Acquires OnProcess Technology

Accenture has acquired OnProcess Technology, a Boston-based provider of supply chain managed services and reverse logistics, to broaden Accenture's after-sales and service supply chain capabilities. The deal brings OnProcess's more than 1,500 employees into Accenture Operations and was previously owned in majority by the Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office (NSFO).

Accenture has completed its acquisition of SKS Group, a Germany-based consulting firm that helps banks across Germany, Austria and Switzerland modernize technology and meet regulatory requirements using SAP S/4HANA.
