Alpine Investors has launched Guardian Restoration Partners, a new PE-backed platform to partner with and scale local home restoration businesses. Guardian has partnered with DryLux Restoration (Gilbert, AZ), Dry Kings (San Francisco, CA) and Midwest Restoration (Kaukauna, WI) to expand capabilities, invest in talent and technology, and accelerate growth across residential and commercial restoration markets.

Partners Group and Kohlberg & Company jointly acquired BluSky Restoration Contractors from majority owner Dominus Capital, which retained a minority stake; BluSky management also retains a meaningful ownership position. Denver-based BluSky is a national restoration, remediation, environmental, and roofing services provider with more than 900 employees and 40 branches; the new owners plan to expand branches, national accounts, capabilities, and pursue add-on acquisitions.

Unified Service Partners Acquires Pro Restoration

Unified Service Partners (USP), a multi-regional roofing platform backed by Astara Capital Partners, has invested in Pro Restoration, a re-roofing contractor serving residential and commercial customers in Illinois and Wisconsin. Pro Restoration will continue to operate under its existing brand and remain led by co-founders Troy Zitzke and Brandon McNames. The transaction expands USP's geographic footprint into the Upper Midwest as an add-on to its platform.

Legacy Restoration (Bessemer-backed) Acquires Southern Roofing and Renovations

Legacy Restoration, a portfolio company of Bessemer Investors, has merged with Southern Roofing and Renovations, a Memphis-based exterior restoration and remodeling provider with 15 regional offices. The deal expands Legacy's geographic footprint across the South and Midwest, creating one of the largest residential roofing platforms; debt financing was provided by Tree Line Capital Partners, Brightwood Capital, and LBC Credit Partners.

Blue Point Capital Partners Recapitalizes Restoration Systems (RSI)

RSI founder/owner Blake Dronen will remain in his leadership role as the partnership provides capital to support organic growth, geographic expansion across the Midwest and add-on acquisitions.

Merit provided subordinated debt and equity for the recapitalization to support growth and expand Liberty's on-site staffing, executive search and onboarding capabilities; the company was represented by Capital Alliance.
