Crowley Acquires Main Line Inc. to Add Vessel Mooring Capabilities

Crowley has acquired Main Line Inc., a Seattle-based vessel mooring company, in an asset purchase effective Jan. 1, 2025. The deal brings Main Line staff into Crowley and expands Crowley’s harbor services offering — providing coordinated vessel mooring and ship assist capabilities for customers calling on Seattle and Tacoma; terms were not disclosed.

Monroe Capital served as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on a senior credit facility and provided an equity co‑investment to support the transaction.
