Totalmobile has acquired Dublin-based GeoPal, a mobile workforce management SaaS provider, to strengthen its field service management offering in infrastructure, utilities and construction. The deal — executed after Bowmark Capital's 2020 investment in Totalmobile to support a buy-and-build strategy — adds specialised mobile working and real-time dashboard capabilities and provides cross-sell opportunities into GeoPal's ~15,000 end users.

The technology will be rebranded as Totalmobile’s 'Analyse' product to add real-time performance analytics to its FSM suite, expand presence in the logistics market and enable cross-sell to Totalmobile’s customer base of over 1,000 organisations.

Totalmobile Acquires Working Time Solutions

The add-on expands Totalmobile's product capability and strengthens its presence in the North of England, bringing over 60 WTS customers and 30,000 users into its footprint.

Five Arrows Acquires Texthelp from LDC

Five Arrows has acquired Texthelp, the Belfast-headquartered provider of literacy and numeracy assistive technologies, from mid-market private equity house LDC. Financial terms were not disclosed; Five Arrows said it will support Texthelp’s continued global expansion and product development following a period in which revenues grew from £19m to £27m under LDC.
