Embrace Software Inc. has acquired QSTRAT, a provider of sourcing, supplier management and quoting (CPQ/RFx) software for manufacturers and distributors. The deal expands Embrace Industrial Group’s capabilities into the configure-price-quote (CPQ) and strategic sourcing verticals and will see QSTRAT’s leadership continue to run the business under Embrace.
