Embrace Software has acquired Radiant RFID, an industrial IoT and asset-tracking solutions provider, and welcomed 35+ Radiant team members to Team Embrace. Radiant will continue to operate independently while Embrace has invested $1M of growth capital to support product and commercial expansion of Radiant's cloud-based IoT platform.
