Embrace Software Inc has acquired Core e-Business Solutions, a provider of cloud-based warehouse management software serving 3PL, food, cold storage, high-tech and pharmaceutical customers. The acquisition expands Embrace's Industrial group capabilities by integrating Core's WMS with Embrace's asset tracking (Radiant IoT), ERP, MES and demand planning solutions to accelerate customer acquisition and product integrations.
