NexPhase Capital Acquires Oliver Winery

NexPhase Capital has closed an investment to acquire Oliver Winery, a Bloomington, Indiana-based winery that sold over 700,000 cases in 2020. The founding Oliver family will remain involved (Bill Oliver on the board) while NexPhase provides capital and operating expertise to support expanded distribution, facility investment, and continued growth.
