Guide Technologies, an Indianapolis-based provider of Infor ERP and supply chain solutions, has acquired Agility, a Cleveland-area consultancy specializing in manufacturing systems, logistics solutions and Infor XA services. The deal expands Guide's manufacturing software and managed-services capabilities and will integrate Agility’s product modules and services to accelerate Guide’s growth and go-to-market scale.
