The acquisition expands ISG's AI capabilities as it forms a new AI Acceleration Unit and plans an AI-powered insights platform; co-founder Eryn Peters will serve as product and strategy leader for the platform.

Guide Technologies Acquires Agility, Inc.

The deal expands Guide's manufacturing software and managed-services capabilities and will integrate Agility’s product modules and services to accelerate Guide’s growth and go-to-market scale.
