AEgis Technologies Acquires Excivity, Inc.

AEgis Technologies, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Excivity, Inc., a provider of cybersecurity, secure communications, and situational awareness toolsets for the U.S. National Security community. The deal brings Excivity's technical team and capabilities into AEgis to expand its cyber and intelligence offerings across defense and intelligence customers.
