ISG Acquires AI Contracting Platform Agreemint

Information Services Group (ISG) has acquired AI-powered contracting platform Agreemint from its founders to integrate the technology into ISG's GovernX third-party management SaaS. The deal (terms undisclosed) will add automated contract authoring, AI-driven negotiation suggestions and clause libraries to GovernX; Agreemint founder Peter Graham is joining ISG in an executive role.
