An affiliate of Peak Rock Capital completed the acquisition of Turkey Hill Dairy from The Kroger Co. Turkey Hill, headquartered in Conestoga, Pennsylvania, is a manufacturer and distributor of ice cream and refrigerated drinks; Peak Rock said it will operate Turkey Hill as a standalone platform and pursue organic growth and complementary acquisitions.
