Converge Technology Solutions Corp. acquired Essex Technology Group, Inc. (Essextec), a Northeast U.S.-based cloud, cognitive and cybersecurity solutions provider. Converge said it will integrate Essextec's AI, cybersecurity and data analytics capabilities into its Software-Enabled Hybrid IT platform to expand capabilities for both companies' customer bases.
