SE2, a life and annuities insurance technology and services firm, has acquired Convergent Financial Technologies, the developer of UV Cloud, a unit value pricing and trading SaaS platform. The acquisition expands SE2's SaaS product offerings for insurance and retirement solutions and strengthens UV Cloud's capabilities in pricing, trading, reporting and data analytics for insurance carriers and asset managers.
