Fort Worth-based Graco Supply Company, supported by sponsor CM Equity Partners, acquired Carson, California-based aerospace specialty chemicals distributor E.V. Roberts to create a larger, full-service aerospace-focused specialty chemicals distributor. The combined business (rebranded as GracoRoberts) expands product breadth, geographic reach with multiple stocking locations across the U.S., and value‑added services for aerospace and advanced manufacturing customers.

Graco Inc. Acquires Corob S.p.A.

Graco Inc. has completed its acquisition of Italy-headquartered Corob S.p.A. for €230 million plus up to €30 million in contingent consideration. Corob, a global designer and manufacturer of volumetric and gravimetric dispensing, mixing and shaking equipment for paint tinting, reported €110 million of revenue in 2023 and has more than 600 employees worldwide.

Motion & Control Enterprises Acquires Daughtridge Sales Company

The deal expands MCE's flow-control and instrumentation footprint in the mid-Atlantic and preserves Daughtridge's leadership under Lige Daughtridge; Anderson LeNeave & Co. served as exclusive financial advisor to Daughtridge.

Grote Company Acquires ProFab

Grote Company, a Columbus, Ohio-based food processing equipment manufacturer, has acquired ProFab, a Springdale, Arkansas-based manufacturer of conveyors and provider of millwright and process piping services for the food (notably poultry) industry. ProFab will remain a standalone operation in Springdale while being integrated into Grote Company's family of brands to expand its capabilities and presence in the food processing and poultry markets.

Gladstone Investment Corporation Acquires Global GRAB Technologies

Gladstone Investment Corporation has acquired Global GRAB Technologies in a $67.6 million transaction comprised of equity and senior secured debt. Global GRAB, based in Franklin, Tennessee, specializes in perimeter security and hostile vehicle mitigation systems for government and commercial clients; Gladstone said the investment will support the company's growth, product portfolio expansion, and ability to protect critical infrastructure.

Summit Casing Equipment Acquires Gryphon Casing Solutions

Summit Casing Equipment, a Fort Worth-based manufacturer of casing and cementation products, has acquired Gryphon Casing Solutions (a division of Gryphon Oilfield Solutions) in an asset purchase to expand Summit's product offering and U.S. land well construction footprint. The deal adds Gryphon's casing-handling products (including the SUREstart Toe Sleeve) and personnel to Summit and supports Summit's strategy to grow market share in the cementation products segment.
