Lee Industrial Contracting of Pontiac, Michigan has acquired Johnston Contracting, Inc., a heavy civil contractor based in Midland, Michigan. Calder Capital advised Johnston Contracting on the undisclosed-term sale, which expands Lee Contracting’s service capabilities and geographic presence in Mid-Michigan.
