Littlejohn & Co. LLC has acquired Pritchard Industries, a leading provider of recurring facility services that employs more than 10,000 people and serves over 900 clients across 24 states. Senior management led by CEO Jay Leyden will remain significant owners; Littlejohn said it will provide capital and resources to expand Pritchard's service offering, technology and geographic presence. Terms were not disclosed.
