Pritchard Industries Acquires Majority Interest in Global Industrial Services

Pritchard Industries, a portfolio company of A&M Capital Partners II, has acquired a majority interest in Global Industrial Services, Inc., a regional provider of janitorial, snow removal and landscaping services headquartered in Syosset, New York. The transaction broadens Pritchard’s exterior services capability and expands its geographic footprint (including entry into Pennsylvania), strengthening the platform’s presence in the Northeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic.

Littlejohn & Co. LLC has acquired Pritchard Industries, a leading provider of recurring facility services that employs more than 10,000 people and serves over 900 clients across 24 states. Senior management led by CEO Jay Leyden will remain significant owners; Littlejohn said it will provide capital and resources to expand Pritchard's service offering, technology and geographic presence. Terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Pritchard's presence in Alabama (adding Montgomery coverage), strengthens its industrial and medical facility capabilities, and scales its commercial janitorial footprint in the region.

The acquisition adds over $20 million of annual revenue and expands IBP's direct access to environmentally responsible insulation materials across multiple U.S. regions.
