Pritchard Industries Acquires Majority Interest in Professional Management of Alabama

Pritchard Industries, a portfolio company of A&M Capital Partners II (part of the Alvarez & Marsal Capital platform), has acquired a majority interest in Professional Management of Alabama, Inc. (PMA), a Birmingham-based regional provider of janitorial and facilities services founded in 1987. The acquisition expands Pritchard's presence in Alabama (adding Montgomery coverage), strengthens its industrial and medical facility capabilities, and scales its commercial janitorial footprint in the region.

Pritchard Industries Acquires ACP Facility Services

Pritchard Industries, a New York–based facilities services provider, has acquired ACP Facility Services, a national commercial maintenance and cleaning company. The deal (terms undisclosed) expands Pritchard's geographic footprint and capabilities—notably into life sciences and manufacturing verticals—and names ACP COO Michael White as Pritchard's Regional Vice President of New England.

Littlejohn & Co. Acquires Pritchard Industries

Senior management led by CEO Jay Leyden will remain significant owners; Littlejohn said it will provide capital and resources to expand Pritchard's service offering, technology and geographic presence. Terms were not disclosed.
