Pritchard Industries LLC, a portfolio company of A&M Capital Partners II, has acquired Raritan Building Services Corp (RBSC), a janitorial services provider headquartered in Edison, New Jersey. Three Sixty Seven Advisors served as exclusive sell‑side advisor to RBSC. The acquisition is an add‑on to Pritchard’s platform to expand its facility services footprint and customer base in the New Jersey tri‑state area.
