Whitney Capital Partners, has acquired American Nutrition, combining two leading super-premium pet food manufacturers to create the largest independent producer of super-premium pet food in the U.S., producing over one billion pounds annually. The deal expands C.J. Foods' product portfolio and national distribution footprint across dry, canned and baked treats while preserving senior leadership roles on the combined board.
