Woodgrain Millwork Acquires Independence Lumber Sawmills

Woodgrain Millwork, a family-owned millwork manufacturer based in Fruitland, Idaho, acquired Independence Lumber, Inc.'s two sawmills (Independence, VA and Elkin, NC) in a court-approved sale out of Federal Receivership. The acquisition expands Woodgrain's lumber production capacity to support its internal mills and external customers and preserves local jobs at the acquired facilities.
