Ardurra Group Acquires Pigeon-Roberts & Associates

Ardurra Group, Inc., a portfolio company of Round Table Capital Management (RTC Partners), has acquired Pigeon-Roberts & Associates, LLC, a Florida-based engineering consulting firm serving local and regional water and wastewater agencies. Pigeon will operate as Pigeon-Ardurra from its Ocala, Florida office, expanding Ardurra's water market expertise and presence in west central Florida.

The acquisition expands Ardurra's capabilities in aviation, transportation, public works and water/wastewater and extends its geographic footprint in the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain region.
