The acquisition — financed with available cash — strengthens Hexatronic's US data center position by broadening service offerings and enabling cross-selling with its Data Center Systems business; USNet has 26 employees and approximately $10 million in annual revenue.

The 76,000-square-foot, Tier III-ready facility offers up to 8MW of power (4MW immediately available), is SSAE 18/HIPAA/PCI-compliant, and will be staffed 24/7 with planned fiber buildouts to support AI and high-power workloads.
