RSK Group Acquires Jennings O'Donovan

RSK Group has acquired Jennings O'Donovan, a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm headquartered in Sligo, Ireland, which specialises in renewable energy, water and wastewater, planning and environmental services. The transaction adds around 100 staff to RSK's Irish operations and strengthens the group's capability in renewables, water and environmental engineering across Ireland, the UK and Eastern Europe.
