CenterGate Capital Acquires RC Rasmussen Corporation from Mangrove Equity Partners

Mangrove Equity Partners announced the sale of RC Rasmussen Corporation, a Seattle-based provider of specialty marine infrastructure rental solutions, to CenterGate Capital. The transaction facilitated the fourth-generation Rasmussen family’s exit and transfers ownership to CenterGate after Mangrove and partner Hunter Equity Capital rebuilt management, expanded east-coast relationships and modernized operations.
