NAVTOR Acquires Ingenium Marine

NAVTOR, an Accel-KKR portfolio company, has acquired Ingenium Marine, a Mumbai-based software provider of digital marine logbooks and compliance solutions. Ingenium's digital logging will be integrated into NAVTOR's e-Navigation and performance suite to digitize vessel logs, improve regulatory compliance and enable real-time data sharing between ships and shore. The deal is an add-on acquisition that expands NAVTOR's product capabilities in smart shipping.

Accel-KKR Acquires Navis from Cargotec

Accel-KKR, a Menlo Park-based technology-focused private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of Navis LLC from Cargotec. The deal transfers Navis' full software portfolio and employees to Accel-KKR and is intended to accelerate Navis' SaaS and digitalization strategy while supporting strategic M&A and expansion into inland and other supply-chain solutions.

Serent-Backed Revinate Acquires NAVIS

Revinate, backed by Serent Capital, has acquired NAVIS and will operate under the Revinate name with Serent as the largest shareholder. The combined company will integrate Revinate's guest data and marketing automation platform with NAVIS' reservation sales and direct-booking capabilities to create an end-to-end booking solution for hoteliers, serving nearly 8,000 hotels; NAVIS CEO Kyle Buehner will retire and transition responsibilities to Revinate CEO Marc Heyneker.
