Novae, a leading North American trailer manufacturer, has acquired Aluma Trailers to expand its aluminum trailer product offering and strengthen its dealer-distributed platform. Aluma will remain headquartered in Bancroft, Iowa and led by CEO Mike Lloyd and the existing management team; financial terms were not disclosed.

Valley Equipment Ltd, a long-standing Canadian Utility dealer, has acquired Utility Trailers of New England, LLC, adding two locations in Seabrook, New Hampshire and North Oxford (Boston), Massachusetts to its network. The acquisition expands Valley Equipment's dealer and service footprint into the Northeastern United States and strengthens support for Utility Trailer and Cargobull North America products in the region.

P3 Systems Inc. Acquires Triton Datacom

P3 Systems Inc. has acquired Triton Datacom and Triton Datacom Online to expand its network-hardware portfolio, digital footprint and national asset-recovery capabilities. The deal adds Triton's online presence and product lines (Triton historically generated about $16M in annual revenue) to P3's existing networking solutions and equipment-lifecycle business.

Cox Automotive Acquires Trudell, Parent of Trudell Trailers and Northeast Great Dane

Cox Automotive, through its Cox Automotive Mobility Fleet Services group, has acquired Trudell, the parent company of Trudell Trailers and Northeast Great Dane, adding trailer sales, direct parts distribution and heavy-duty trailer service capabilities to its fleet services portfolio. The deal brings Trudell's mobile on-site maintenance, shop repairs and parts sales (supported by more than 115 technicians across 13 locations) into Cox Automotive's nationwide fleet services network to expand capabilities and adjacency offerings.

Triton Acquires ACRE

Funds advised by Triton acquired ACRE, an end-to-end electronic security solutions provider with operations in Dallas (United States) and Dublin (Ireland). Triton will invest alongside ACRE's management team while previous majority investor LLR Partners exits; financial terms were not disclosed. The investment is intended to support ACRE's buy-and-build strategy, product innovation and international expansion.

Triton Acquires Aleris from Patricia Industries (Investor AB)

Funds advised by Triton have acquired the majority of Aleris (Aleris Healthcare AB and Aleris Imaging AB) from Patricia Industries (part of Investor AB) in a completed divestiture. Aleris, headquartered in Stockholm with more than 3,000 employees and ~100 facilities across Scandinavia, provides specialty care, radiology and diagnostics and will be developed further by Triton as part of its Nordic healthcare platform.
