Chroma Color Corporation has acquired Plastics Color Corporation, including its two manufacturing facilities in Asheboro, North Carolina and Calumet City, Illinois. The acquisition expands Chroma's manufacturing footprint and adds Plastics Color's color concentrates, functional additives and FDA-relevant capabilities (including DMFs) to Chroma's portfolio; terms were not disclosed.

ChromaScape Acquires Greenville Colorants

ChromaScape, a specialty chemicals manufacturer, has acquired Greenville Colorants, a processor of liquid and powder dyes with a portfolio of over 2,000 products and manufacturing locations in New Jersey, South Carolina and California. The deal expands ChromaScape's product capabilities and extends its manufacturing footprint in the Southeast; Greenville's leadership (Ron Weiss and Joe Lynch) invested in the transaction and will join ChromaScape's executive team.

Techmer PM Acquires Colors for Plastics

The acquisition expands Techmer PM's product offerings and color technology capabilities, and brings Colors for Plastics' Elk Grove Village, Illinois and Spartanburg, South Carolina sites and employees into Techmer's organization.

Colorcon Acquires Airnov Healthcare Packaging from Arsenal Capital Partners

Colorcon, Inc. completed the acquisition of Airnov Healthcare Packaging from private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners; financial terms were not disclosed. Airnov is a global manufacturer of desiccant and oxygen‑barrier packaging solutions serving pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and diagnostic customers, with ~700 employees and manufacturing sites in the United States, France, China and India. Colorcon said Airnov’s capabilities complement its existing portfolio and will enhance technical, customer and regulatory support for customers.

The Jordan Company Acquires PSG Polymer Additives Division from Arsenal Capital Partners

The Jordan Company has completed the acquisition of Polymer Solutions Group’s Polymer Additives division (PSG Polymer Additives) from Arsenal Capital Partners. The Cleveland-headquartered business supplies proprietary polymer additives, dispersions and performance chemicals to rubber, plastics and engineered wood markets and will partner with TJC to expand its global platform and grow its market position.

Arsenal Capital Partners Acquires AvCarb Material Solutions

Arsenal Capital Partners has acquired AvCarb Material Solutions, a Lowell, Massachusetts-based manufacturer of engineered carbon components used in fuel cells, electrolyzers, flow batteries and industrial applications. Arsenal said the investment will support AvCarb's capacity expansion, international growth, and continued development of proprietary carbon-based materials; terms were not disclosed.
