Valesco Industries Acquires T-H Marine Supplies, Inc.

Valesco Industries completed a majority buyout of T-H Marine Supplies, Inc., a Huntsville, Alabama-based manufacturer of recreational boat parts and marine accessories. Brookside provided subordinated debt and an equity co-investment to facilitate the transaction; the deal recapitalized the existing ownership group and will support growth initiatives including expansion of T-H Marine's e-commerce footprint.

T-H Marine Acquires GATOR GUARDS Division from SS Marine Products

T-H Marine Supplies, LLC acquired the assets of the GATOR GUARDS division of SS Marine Products, Inc. and will operate GATOR GUARDS as a standalone division from its Farmington, Illinois facility. The deal expands T-H Marine's product portfolio in boat protection products and preserves existing management continuity, with founders' family members remaining on the team.

OneWater Marine Acquires T-H Marine for Approximately $185M

OneWater Marine Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire T-H Marine, a leading provider of branded marine parts and accessories, for approximately $185 million. The acquisition, expected to close in Q4 2021, advances OneWater’s growth and diversification strategy by expanding its parts & accessories offering, and is expected to be immediately accretive to revenue, margins and EPS.

The Jordan Company (Resolute IV) Acquires Heartland Home Services

An affiliate of The Resolute Fund IV (managed by The Jordan Company) acquired Heartland Home Services from North Branch Capital, with Cobepa taking a significant minority stake and North Branch remaining a minority investor. Carlyle's Global Credit platform led and structured the debt financing to support the transaction. The investment will provide Heartland with resources to drive operational efficiencies and pursue organic and inorganic growth across its Midwestern residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical and indoor air quality platform.

Thayer Infrastructure Services Acquires Heartland Solutions Corp.

Thayer Infrastructure Services, LLC (TIS) completed the acquisition of Heartland Solutions Corp., a wireless communications construction firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Heartland will operate under TIS's American Cell Enterprises operating company as an add-on to expand TIS's wireless and tower services; terms were not disclosed.

Titan Machinery Acquires Heartland AG Systems

Titan Machinery (NASDAQ: TITN) has acquired Heartland AG Systems, Inc., the largest CASE IH application equipment distributorship in North America and a leading distributor of sprayer parts and accessories. D.A. Davidson served as exclusive financial advisor to Heartland; the sellers were Heartland's ownership group (including Bob Caldwell, Gordon Glade and Jeff Keller). The acquisition expands Titan's parts, service and distribution footprint across the Midwest and western U.S.
