Specialized Elevator Services (SES), a CIVC Partners portfolio company, has acquired 24 Hour Elevator, the largest independent provider of elevator maintenance, repair and modernization services in the greater San Diego area. The founders/owners Ken Dixon, Bill Schassberger, and Chris Sommese will remain with and continue to manage the business as SES expands its presence in San Diego and across California.
