Performant Capital Forms Provider Technology Platform via Acquisitions of DavLong and On Demand Solutions

Performant Capital has formed Provider Technology, LLC by acquiring DavLong Business Solutions (and affiliate Administrative Advantage) and On Demand Solutions Inc., creating a national platform that delivers outsourced software, managed IT services and revenue cycle management to physician practices and health systems. Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Private Credit business provided first‑lien debt and an equity co‑investment to support the simultaneous transactions closed in June 2022.
