NetNordic (Norvestor-backed) Acquires IPCO

NetNordic, majority owned by Norvestor VII L.P., has signed an agreement to acquire IPCO, a Norwegian consulting firm that delivers tailor-made software solutions and digital services. The deal adds system development capacity (IPCO has more than 20 employees in Halden), strengthens NetNordic's delivery capability in Halden and Oslo, and supports growth of its network, security and communications services across the Nordics.

Astorg Acquires IPCOM from Alpha Private Equity

Astorg has signed a binding agreement to acquire IPCOM, a pan‑European B2B distributor and converter of technical and building insulation products, from Alpha Private Equity. IPCOM is headquartered in Melle, Belgium, employs ~1,100 people across 15 countries with 64 outlets and 15 conversion sites, and the deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals (terms not disclosed).
