NetNordic (Norvestor-backed) Acquires IPCO

NetNordic, majority owned by Norvestor VII L.P., has signed an agreement to acquire IPCO, a Norwegian consulting firm that delivers tailor-made software solutions and digital services. The deal adds system development capacity (IPCO has more than 20 employees in Halden), strengthens NetNordic's delivery capability in Halden and Oslo, and supports growth of its network, security and communications services across the Nordics.

NetNordic, a Norvestor-backed Nordic system integrator, has acquired Finnish datacenter modernization specialist Konehuone. The transaction strengthens NetNordic's datacenter solutions and expands its presence in Finland; Konehuone has 19 employees and reported ~EUR 12 million in revenue (2019/2020).

Coretelligent Acquires NetCom Systems to Expand Southern U.S. Presence

Coretelligent, a PE-backed managed IT and cybersecurity provider, has acquired NetCom Systems, Inc., a Roswell, Georgia-based managed services firm with 36 years of regional experience. The deal, announced jointly with Coretelligent investor Norwest Equity Partners, expands Coretelligent's service capabilities and strengthens its presence in the Southern United States; financial terms were not disclosed.

Integrity360 Acquires Netsecure to Expand into the Nordics

Integrity360 has acquired Stockholm-based Netsecure, a cyber security services provider, to accelerate the group's Pan-European expansion into the Nordics. Netsecure (founded 2015, ~40 employees, ~€10m 2023 sales guidance) will serve as Integrity360's Nordic platform; terms were not disclosed.

Nordic Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Foxway

Nordic Capital has signed an agreement to acquire a majority share in Foxway from Norvestor VII and other owners, with completion expected in Q3 2023 subject to customary closing conditions. Nordic Capital will partner with Foxway management and alongside Norvestor to support continued growth, international expansion and Foxway’s focus on circular IT services; Foxway is a Sweden‑headquartered provider of device refurbishment, asset recovery and lifecycle services with over 1,000 employees and SEK ~7.6bn in revenue (2022).

Norvestor Acquires Majority Stake in Xllnc Nordic AB

Norvestor VII L.P., managed by Norvestor Equity AS, has acquired a ~55% majority stake in Xllnc Nordic AB, a Växjö-headquartered provider of IT lifecycle management and device-as-a-service solutions. Management and employees retain the remaining shares; Xllnc has ~200 employees and reported c. SEK 1,300 million in revenue in 2018 as Norvestor supports the company's Nordic growth and service development.
