Polaris Industries Inc. agreed to acquire Transamerican Auto Parts Co. (TAP), a vertically integrated manufacturer, distributor, retailer and installer of off‑road Jeep and truck accessories, for an aggregate $665 million (subject to customary adjustments). The acquisition adds TAP's proprietary brands and multi‑channel retail and e‑commerce capabilities to Polaris' aftermarket portfolio to accelerate growth and cross‑sell products to a larger combined customer base.
