The deal will give American Powertrain access to CJ Pony's e-commerce distribution and resources to support growth; Century Park Capital Partners is referenced as the PE investor and board representation for CJ Pony.

Ltd., has completed the acquisition of a 10% equity stake in Horse Powertrain Limited based on an enterprise valuation of €7.4 billion.
