TFI International has acquired D&D Sexton, a family-owned refrigerated trucking company based in Carthage, Missouri. D&D operates more than 120 tractors and nearly 400 trailers, employs roughly 150 drivers plus ~40 non-driving staff, generates annualized revenue in excess of $25 million, and will join TFI’s CFI operating group to expand its temperature-controlled capacity and local/shuttle capabilities.

CI Financial Acquires Balasa Dinverno Foltz (BDF)

CI Financial Corp. agreed to acquire full ownership of Balasa Dinverno Foltz LLC (BDF), a Chicago-region registered investment advisor with approximately US$4.5 billion in assets under management and a 62-person team. The deal expands CI's U.S. wealth management footprint, pushing its U.S. wealth assets to roughly US$11 billion and strengthens CI's presence in the Midwest and Chicago high-net-worth market.

DFW Capital Partners Invests in Industrial Security Integrators

International Farming Acquires Chelan Fruit Cooperative

International Farming (IFC), a privately‑owned institutional asset manager, has acquired Chelan Fruit Cooperative, a 100‑year‑old Washington grower, packer and shipper of apples, cherries and pears. The deal combines Chelan Fruit’s orchards, packing and controlled‑atmosphere storage with IFC’s existing Washington tree‑fruit footprint to drive economies of scale and improve grower economics.

AM FRESH Group Acquires International Fruit Genetics and Merges It with SNFL

AM FRESH Group has agreed to acquire International Fruit Genetics (IFG) and merge it with Special New Fruit Licensing (SNFL), creating an integrated table grape and cherry breeding platform. The combined business will be majority‑controlled by AM FRESH with significant minority investment from EQT Future and continued investment/reinvestment from Paine Schwartz Partners to accelerate R&D, broaden gene pools and scale varietal commercialization.

The deal brings IFSS's Florida footprint (Ft.
