23andMe Acquires Lemonaid Health

23andMe agreed to acquire telemedicine and online pharmacy provider Lemonaid Health for a purchase price of $400 million (25% cash, 75% stock), in a deal expected to close by the end of 2021. The acquisition adds Lemonaid's telemedicine platform and prescription delivery services to 23andMe's consumer business; Lemonaid CEO Paul Johnson will become General Manager of 23andMe's consumer business.

Limeade (ASX: LME) has acquired Seattle-based employee listening SaaS provider TINYpulse (Tiny HR, Inc.) for $8.8 million in cash plus potential earnouts tied to CARR growth. The acquisition, which brings TINYpulse's listening capabilities and its customer base of over 500 businesses into Limeade's employee well‑being platform, is intended to expand Limeade's product capabilities for mid-market and enterprise customers.
